Student Community Service Grants

Because of the success of our first annual PTSC Designer Bag bingo last fall, we were able to initiate and sponsor Student Community Service Grants, in which students submitted proposals for a community service project they conceived, outlined, and implemented. We awarded six (6) grants of $250 each and the students spend 3 months working on their projects, finishing with a final presentation in May. We are so incredibly proud of each of these students and the efforts they made to improve the community around them. 

2026 - 2027 Student Community Service Grant Application

If you are a current Northern Burlington student and are interested in proposing a project, please fill out the application link. Not only do these awarded grants look good on college applications, more importantly, the projects give you a sense of purpose to help your community. 

Applications are due by October 31, 2026. Grant awardees will be notified by November 15 and projects must be completed and final presentations submitted by May 1, 2027.
